Mental and Emotional Well-Being from a faith-based perspective

- Helpful Strategies
- Breakout sessions for teens on thought patterns, body image, heartache and tragedy, and relational conflict
- Breakout sessions for adults who support teens (youth leaders, teachers, parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles) on communication and faith development of teens and supporting your teen's well-being
- Special breakout session for male youth leaders and father figures!
- Giveaways and goodie bags!

Doors open at 8:00 AM.
Lunch is included for all student and adult participants.
It will be a Build-Your-Own Hawaiian Taco Bar with dairy and gluten-free options. Please email our Lunch Coordinator with any other dietary restrictions: starkiss4evr@yahoo.com.
